IngredientsTo prepare the coconut smoothie, you will need 2 cups of coconut water, 1 cup of tender coconut, ½ cup of coconut milk, sugar, a pinch of cinnamon and cardamom powder.iStock

Step 1First put coconut water, tender coconut, coconut milk and sugar to taste in a blender.iStock

Step 2Blend all the ingredients together, until there are no lumps. Transfer it into a glass.iStock
